Those same three giant ISPs pad the pockets of politicians who want to remove Net Neutrality.
Decentralized takes large servers that can be compromised out of the equation and makes a more peer to peer model, like the OG Internet.
I'm not sure how well that would suffice for sites like, well, Blogger. Sure this is a subdomain of Blogspot. It's got to be hosted somewhere on the WWW.
